 This record left our Brian feeling ecstatic.
Following on from Aphex Twin's 13 year remix mop-up last week
(which is totally amazing!!!) is Plaid's, on Peacefrog,
featuring all yer faves such as Bjork, Goldfraaaaaaaap, Nicolette,
Unkle, Herbert and Grandmaster Flash & The Furious 5 as
well as a couple of their own. Now this is sooo much more my thang, personally
& showcases just how good remixes can be. Atmospheric, funky, inventive
& basically INTERESTING. That's how to make music all you dull rock
retards! On double CD and 2X Double vinyl (Why didn't Warp do that
for the Aphex comp? They are such spastics sometimes!) and well
worth your entire weeks budget!
