Celebration are another bunch of strange ones on 4AD. War has someone wearing a goats head on the sleeve & is eerie Arcade Fire style stuff with a spooky organ & a bit of Bad Seeds in there possibly. Something reminds me of Sparks on downers or even The Associates. Good stuff indeed! CDs/Ltd cheapo 7"

About the humble CD single:

Another digital format and even though they can hold 80 minutes of information (like a CD album would) record companies only fill up a small portion of the disc. Sometimes only 1 or 2 tracks on there totalling 5 minutes or so. It's like going to a restaurant and getting a plate of food with 2 green beans on and wondering where the rest of your meal is. Sometimes they're lovingly packaged though and when the music is good then you're into a winner. Also you get videos on there sometimes which you can watch on your computer. That is excellent.
