Got a single by Barr (who had stuff out on Upset The Rhythm) entitled 'The Song Is The Single' immediately I'm told it is a bit like Jad Fair... It's really stripped down with a wobbly bassline carrying the tune alone and a simple beat leaving plenty of space for the vocal. There are some funny lyrics and his voice is the most American sounding accent I've ever heard. Barr is the work of Brendan Fowler. A cool little single.
