What we say

Rating: unmoved This record left our Phil feeling unmoved.

What to say about the BRIGHT EYES album eh? Noise Floor is a compilation of rarities and hard to find gear from 1998-2005 (7 years all sorted out in one fell swoop... I'll sleep well tonight). On CD and 2LP it's chocca full of that meaningful sentiment that makes me want to hang myself really hard. The only thing I don't like about Bright Eyes is Conor Oberst and seeing as though he is Bright Eyes (sorry the rest of the band) then that means I probably don't like 'em. Some of the songs here I don't mind though and Drunk Kid Catholic is the one song I like by 'em. The double LP has 5 extra tracks which aren't on the CD... a refreshing treat for you vinyl lovers.
