What the label says:

Raijin, five untitled tracks constructed by noise artists Daniel Menche and KK Null, hit like a violent storm in this electrically charged collaboration by two masters of dense sound sculpture. Like Raijin and Fujin, Shinto Gods of thunder and lightning, Menche and Null command attention with the ability to create a powerful sensory presence. Their treatment of drum, voice, trumpet and electronics roars and tumbles through these collating waves of noise and electro-acoustic ambience. Menches thunderous drums resonate like a shockwave as Nulls lightning sheds light upon those seeking shelter on land. Each armed with a penchant for sonic destruction and a massive discography, Menches concussions pound between Nulls electronic noise terror. These five unnamed and unstable atmospheres manifest absolute pure thunder!

About the humble CD:

The CD is essentially a small portable face mirror which has an extra feature of being able to play music (through a thing known as a CD player). These CD's are a modern invention hence them being all shiny and digital. They can hold about 80 minutes of music and apparently are indestructible as you can smear jam on them and they still play (not as nourishing as toast mind you but when you're hungry.....). They sound crystal clear and are tiny convenient things. They lack the charm and warmth of their old analogue counterparts but their portability, convenience and ease of being duplicated make them a perfect thing of a thing for most folks. Jewel cases are the worst thing ever though and they really need to stop.

'Are you gonna charge me for that bin?'
