Rating: unmoved This record left our Phil feeling unmoved.

Rumer is some nice lady with a guitar making gentle singer songwriter gear. A lot of this around so it's hard to distinguish what is good and what isn't sometimess. Come To me High seems like decent enough stuff though on the Little League label.
