Ian Wills & The Willing return as 'The Willing' with the first single from their second album, the 'Kick racism out of football' single 'Skin'. This song
features DIDIER DROGBA and MICHAEL ESSIEN from CHELSEA FC.
The limited 7" blue vinyl is signed by the band, Didier Drogba and Michael Essien . 500 COPIES ONLY!
Ian Wills has put a new band together around Adj and Tills, formerly of Kubb, co-writing with them the songs on the new album, and things are darker,
more urban and arguably more contemporary. 'Skin' is released as a CD single, and as a limited edition of 500 copies in blue vinyl signed by Drogba and Essien. The proceeds will be donated to CLIC Sargent, the children's cancer charity. Chelsea FC will run links from their website to help fans buy the record, and the band will be playing at premiere of the CFC movie at the end of September.
Radio 2 are being very supportive (Janice Long session and a possible playlist), BBC 6Music will also be playing the track.

"Chelsea football club adopted one of my early singles 'It's Easy' as a track they liked to play at the interval during home games. This created an
awareness of the band amongst the football world and I was fortunate enough to get an invite to be involved in what I believe is an extremely important cause and 'Skin' was recorded with Michael and Didier earlier on this year at Air Studios in London. It's not a football song but it has a very important message, having two of the best footballers in the world on the track just means, the message will reach a little further " - Ian Wills.
