The Royal We with 'All The Rage' on Domino "imprint label" Geographic. They've got that Scottish pop sensibility and use violin and a wall of vocals to make it sound like loads of fun. B sides got a Celtic feel to it with the snare bangin' out over the fiddle in a right swing your partner round knees up!!! yeeeeeeeeeee haaaaaaaa!!! short but sweet.

The Royal We are six young dreamers who came together in early 2006, under inevitable Glasgow rain to plot and do stuff and hang out in cafes as if in a Godard movie. Things still seemed to coincide and very quickly they had a bunch of pop songs, albeit an older, odder kind of pop – reminiscent of the experimental pop of Orange Juice or ESG or even The Raincoats. The band signed to Domino Records imprint label Geographic and due to release their stunning debut self-titled album soon.·This is preceded by a special 7” single, the fantastic ‘All The Rage’. The track encapsulates their staggered swagger perfectly, glam on the cheap, sassy and fun – the perfect pop moment.
