And onto Matt Valentine whose new 7" on Time Lag arrived this morning and very tasty it is too. In a lush textured paper sleeve it's one of the nicer looking 7"'s we've had kicking around the towers for a while.'P.K. Dick' is it's name and it appears to be an homage to said sci fi writer. It's about as lo fi as you can get.... Lo fi 60's sounding blues which is well spaced out sounding. It's got a lazy hazey vibe to it which appeals to me. This is the sort of Matt Valentine stuff I like over the newer pub band bluesy gear he's doing. Lovely!! Edition of 550!
