New on Wee Pop is Little My's: 'Sixth'. For those that don't know it's a twee pop label specializing in extremely naive tinkly pop on 3" CD's. It's all rather plinkety plonk style sing-a-long a lalala, dah dah dah across four tracks of the most saccharin fuzzy felt, meet me at the playground by the swings school of never wanting to grow up pop. For fans of all things super indie DIY. One wouldn't normally associate a pedal steel guitar with twee indie pop but it's here in al it's glory on the lead track... What the label says: Our second release by Cardiff's cutest band Little My, this ep brings more of the twee indipeop that they do so well. Limited run of 160 copies.     * Track Listing     * 1. About the humble CD single:

Another digital format and even though they can hold 80 minutes of information (like a CD album would) record companies only fill up a small portion of the disc. Sometimes only 1 or 2 tracks on there totalling 5 minutes or so. It's like going to a restaurant and getting a plate of food with 2 green beans on and wondering where the rest of your meal is. Sometimes they're lovingly packaged though and when the music is good then you're into a winner. Also you get videos on there sometimes which you can watch on your computer. That is excellent.
