After racking up a top 15 hit with first single ‘After Hours’ and still riding high on the chart success of second album Brain Thrust Mastery, which stormed into the UK album charts at Number 11 (a position the band insists upon referring to as "a baker's Top Ten"), We Are Scientists were ready to hang up their hats, telling anyone who would listen that they were now "officially as big as Madonna," and that their only future professional plans were to "retire to Monaco and start a tiger-breeding farm." After several stern lectures from their management and a threat from the heads of EMI to smash up their new sports cars, the duo reconsidered, agreeing to release B.T.M's second single, "Chick Lit," on June 9th.

Knowing how much people like to dance, and how good 10% of people are at it, We Are Scientists got Chick Lit remixed, not five times, not four times, not three times, not twice, but-- oh yeah, twice! Remix number one comes from Matt Helders (Arctic Monkeys), an expert video-gamer who earns his living trying to find secret levels in all the original Game Boy games. Remix number two comes from Danger, a Tube train salesman who can get his hands on pretty much whatever you want in terms of Tube trains.

Also - one 7" is red and one is white!  And the gatefold pack has a sidecar slot for the other 7"!
